It can be hard to host a party or other gathering at your home if you don’t have lots of activities for the kids to be involved with. You can have a supply of crayons, markers, colored pencils, and even water paints on hand. These will allow them to complete the Spongebob coloring sheets in a creative way. Don’t limit what they can offer due to the fact that they don’t have many supplies to work with. You can even consider offering them craft supplies such as glue and glitter, cotton, ribbon, and other items that can all become a part of the Spongebob coloring pages they are completing.
If you have children visiting for the holidays this is an activity that they can all do together. You can display the completed coloring pages for everyone too when they come over too. The kids are going to love all of the attention that they get from this. You can even consider a coloring contest or a small bag of treats for each child who completes one of them. There are Spongebob coloring books you can buy at many retailers or online. By doing so you will always have a stack of these coloring pages around that can be used. They don’t have to be a holiday theme though to be a big hit around that time of year. You will want to get your hands on them so that you can keep everyone relaxed.
If you want to have some good fun with your kids you should download some Coloring Pages from a good website. As he colors I tell him the names of the colors and he is already picking them up easily, especially his favourites Green and Brown. Every time he begins to use a word I have taught him I really get a unique buzz that you have to be a dad to understand. I really appreciate all the little contributions I can make. I also tell him the names of whatever he is currently coloring, like an arm, a leg, a tree, a bus and so on. All learning really comes from repetition so by saying these names over and over he will pick them up fast. He will soon be old enough that in a year or so we will be able to break out the paints and see what he is like using them on the Coloring Pages. I know he will love this although I am already nervous at the idea of the chaos it could make! I am sure his eyes will go wide the first time I mix two colors together to make a brand new one, such as red and yellow combining to make orange. It is so rewarding to see his progress over time as he learns without knowing he is doing so. I can really see how his ability to concentrate has improved.
